Sincere Group Holds 2025 Mid-Year Work Review and Second-Half Work Deployment Meeting

On July 18, 2025, Sincere Group held a mid-year work meeting for 2025 to comprehensively summarize the work results in the first half of the year and accurately deploy the task goals for the second half of the year. The meeting closely followed the annual development plan, systematically reviewed the gains and losses of past work, clarified the direction for future challenges, and built consensus and momentum to achieve the annual goals.

During the meeting, each department delivered reports aligned with the annual objectives: They presented detailed data on first-half task completion, phased achievements, thoroughly analyzed shortcomings and improvement measures, and outlined specific goals and implementation plans for the second half. The reports focused on key metrics, using data to highlight both accomplishments and challenges, laying a solid foundation for future optimization.

After the presentations, employee representatives provided feedback based on practical work experience and offered targeted suggestions.

During the meeting, Vice President Fang Kuan of Sincere Group and Deputy General Manager Wang Xin'an of Sincere Eco-Tech Division emphasized in their remarks that work performance must be data-driven, firmly rejecting "empty rhetoric." They stressed quantifying results with concrete figures to strengthen goal orientation and results awareness. Subsequently, Xu Yaokui, Head of HR, announced the company’s No. 4 personnel transfer order, optimizing team structure to inject new vitality and provide strong organizational support for second-half efficiency.

Following this, Qiu Xingya, General Manager of Sincere Group, delivered a concluding speech on the company’s first-half performance. He objectively identified current challenges: product quality and cost control still require breakthroughs, energy-saving and automation upgrades must be steadily implemented, and overall management standards need improvement. For the next phase, Qiu emphasized: "We must confront problems head-on, not avoid weaknesses; we should proactively identify and resolve issues, turning them into opportunities for improvement." He also outlined three expectations:

1.Continuous learning to enhance professional skills and overall competence.

2.Courage to overcome difficulties, prioritizing tangible results over formalism.

3.Mutual growth and collaboration, uniting to consolidate momentum for development.

This meeting served not only as a comprehensive review of the first half but also as a systematic plan for the second half. Sincere will seize this opportunity to focus on objectives, tackle challenges, and ensure the effective execution of all tasks to achieve the annual goals.
