Sincere Pet Products Co., Ltd.
Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Shandong, China, SINCERE Group is an integrated manufacturing group with more than 30 years of experience in sustainable products, advanced materials, and industrial manufacturing. SINCERE Group is also a core member of SINCHEM Group.
We serve two major global markets: sustainable food packaging and pet care. Our food packaging portfolio includes plant-fiber tableware and molded-fiber packaging, including sugarcane bagasse products, designed as sustainable alternatives to conventional plastics.
In pet care, SINCERE manufactures plant-based cat litter and crystal silica cat litter for international retailers, distributors, brands, and private-label customers. Our long-standing expertise in silica-based materials also extends to silica gel desiccants, sodium silicate, and related products.
With advanced manufacturing facilities, more than 500 employees—including 68 R&D professionals—and 40+ patents, SINCERE combines large-scale production with continuous product and process innovation. Our products are supplied across Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia and have reached leading retail channels including Carrefour, Mercadona, and Woolworths.

Development History

  • 1993

    Sinchem group was founded in September 1993.

  • 2005

    Hongtai Chemical Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Sinchem Group, was founded in 2005 in Xigang, Tengzhou.

  • 2007

    In 2007, Sinchem Silica Gel Co., Ltd. was established and was recognized as the only Chinese specialty silicone incubation base in the country.

  • 2020

    Sincere Pet Products Co., Ltd. was established in May 2020.

  • 2021

    Successfully passed ISO quality and environmental system certification.

  • 2022

    Recognized as a national high-tech enterprise.

  • 2023

    Selected into the "List of Key Projects for New Urbanization in Shandong Province".

  • 2024

    Due to the expansion of production, Sincere Pet phase II of the cat litter project started construction.

  • 2025

    Sincere Pet phase II of the cat litter project has been put into operation.
